Eneliq’s official details — name, registered address and Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number — will appear here once they are final. We would rather show nothing than a provisional number.

What Eneliq is — and is not
Eneliq shows how much energy you use, what it costs, how your contract and your bill fit together, and what you can do to pay less: use less, shift usage to cheap hours, or switch.
We are not an energy supplier. Your contract and your bill stay with your own supplier.
We do not switch on your behalf. If you choose a different contract, you take it out yourself with the supplier.
Amounts in the app are calculations and estimates based on your meter data, your tariffs and market prices. They can differ from your real bill; your supplier’s bill is what counts.
Day-ahead market prices for electricity come from the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform; if that fails, from enever.nl. Gas prices come from enever.nl. All-in prices are a calculation, not a quote from a supplier.
The order in the comparison comes from one calculation: what each contract costs you over the next twelve months at your usage and feed-in — the tariffs including taxes, the fixed costs and feed-in costs, minus what your feed-in earns and minus any welcome bonus.
Your account
You create an account with your own email address. One account per person.
Fill in your details truthfully. Our calculations are only as good as what we know about your home and contract.
Keep your password to yourself. We recommend turning on two-step verification.
If you invite housemates, they see your household’s energy data and support conversations. Only a manager of the household can invite someone.
Plans and payment
Basis is free. Plus and Autopilot cost a fixed amount per month; what they cost and what they include is shown on the plans page before you pay.
A subscription runs per month and can be cancelled monthly. If you cancel, you keep it until the end of the period you already paid for; after that you go back to Basis.
Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply.
Connections and Autopilot
Only connect devices and services that are yours, or that you are allowed to use.
A connection can falter, for example when a manufacturer’s service is briefly unreachable. We then show that and wait until it works again.
Autopilot only controls devices you switch on for it, within the limits you set. You can always turn it off or step in yourself. Making sure your devices are installed safely remains your responsibility.
You can revoke any connection at any time.
Fair use
Do not try to access other people’s data and do not exploit weaknesses in the app. Found one? Report it to us and we will fix it.
Do not flood the app with automated requests; that is what the API is for.
The API is for your own use, with personal keys you manage yourself, up to 60 requests per minute. Do not share your keys with anyone.
If you abuse the app, we can block your account.
Estimates, advice and liability
We do our best to get everything right, and say so when something is an estimate. But advice is a tool: what you do with it is up to you.
We are not liable for damage resulting from a decision you make based on an estimate or advice, or from an outage on our side or at a service you connect — unless that damage is caused by intent or gross negligence on our part, or the law provides otherwise.
Availability and changes
We want Eneliq to always work, but maintenance and outages can happen. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
The app changes: we add things, and sometimes something disappears.
If these terms change, they get a new version and date at the top. Which version you agreed to is recorded.
Stopping
You can always delete your account yourself, under Privacy & data. You have 30 days to change your mind; after that we erase your account.
If you delete your account, we cancel your paid subscription once your account is erased after the 30-day grace period; until then it keeps running. If you do not want to pay during the grace period, cancel it first. If you share a household on Eneliq with others, the household’s subscription keeps running for them.
What happens to your data after that is in the privacy statement.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
